One of the important aspects of our upcoming JBoss Application Server5 is its new architecture, and its high level of compatibility with other technologies. The latest development in this context is the possibility of running Ruby On Rails on JBoss AS5. JBoss's Bob McWhirter has achieved this via JBoss Rails , which is a deployer for JBoss AS 5.x to enable deployment of Ruby-on-Rails (RoR) projects.
